How do we control the quality of steel pipes

Quality is the life of a company. Quality is the safeguard to keep a company developing constantly. Quality is too much important and thus how do we control our carbon seamless steel pipes quality. There are some factors to effect the quality.

• The steel raw material from different steel plants. Some of them are small mills. The steel raw material is mixed with impurity; Some of them are big scale factories whose chemical  component rate is more pure than small factory. The more pure of material the more stable performance of the steel tubes.

• The equipment also important to control the quality. Special control the sizes precision and  smooth of steel pipes and tubes.

• The quality control systems which is the standard to standardize companies and conduct the details， Like ISO9000, TS16949， The more strict to follow the more improved in the quality.

• The most important of control quality is employees. Please think carefully what equipment can leave people’s operation although human is enough wisdom to create full-automatic machines to produce. For example what our employees do to keep the stable quality during the production.

Firstly while do the raw material spot check. And then do the process inspection by first-line workers.

Second we have factory director to double-check inspection.

The last step our quality control group will do the final full inspection to ensure the quality.

So fine the responsible employees and good quality control system will help our company improve a lot.
